Policies

All items are handmade with the best quality materials. Satisfaction is guaranteed.  Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  We will refund or replace defective pens only.  It is important that your pen is not kept in direct sunlight for extended periods of time as this will cause the color to change and may harm the finish.  When cleaning your pen, please note that the use of chemicals of any sort may damage the finish of the pen.  We suggest a damp soft cloth for cleaning.  Any damage done by the user is the responsibility of the user.  We will not replace items that have been damaged due to user abuse and/or negligence. 

In the event of damage, we will do our best to repair your item.  Please contact us for an estimate of repairs.

Shipping Policies

All in-stock items are usually shipped within 2 business days. All special orders are shipped within 2-3 weeks to allow for the order of materials and the time required to complete your item. We ship most items USPS priority unless you request another method.

Return Policy

We will guarantee all handmade items for 2 years from the date of purchase to be free from defects. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new condition within 30 days of purchase. You must contact us first to receive a confirmation prior to return. We will refund your purchase price less shipping.
